At Hello Dino, we take the privacy of children and their families seriously. The app has no ads or user accounts. This policy describes app-usage analytics and crash diagnostics.
What We Collect
We collect anonymous app-usage and crash-diagnostics data to improve the app: an anonymous analytics identifier, the operating system and app version, events about feature use (for example, an activity being opened and, where available, purchase outcomes), and crash reports with technical details and stack traces. We do not include names, email addresses, IP addresses, advertising identifiers, photos, contacts, or microphone or camera data in these records.
Where Your Data Lives
Analytics are sent to analytics.tapidoo.com using Aptabase software. Crash diagnostics are sent to errors.tapidoo.com using GlitchTip software and the Sentry SDK. We operate these services on our own servers hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany / Finland). We do not use advertising networks or third-party cloud analytics services. We do not sell data.
Retention
Anonymous analytics events are retained for 24 months. Crash diagnostics are retained for 90 days.
No Ads
Hello Dino is completely ad-free. We do not display any third-party advertisements.
Children
Hello Dino is designed for children and their families. We do not build personal or behavioural profiles, record the screen, target ads, or track people across apps.
